GEVA produces a standardized line of small rotary units. These can be fixed stroke pick and place units or electronically controlled programmable units operated by brushless motors. They can be used to load and unload hot and cold forgings. They can pick the billet up from a variety of positions and they can place the billet on the die in any orientation horizontally or vertically with a very high degree of precision. Often they can be set up to load two billets at a time.

The BRM2 is a rotary feeder powered by an electric motor. It can handle heavier billets and be used on larger presses than the feeders powered by pneumatics. A special gear motor with brake makes the motion smooth and easy. It can be equipped with two different types of arms. Two infra red detectors insure proper loading and unloading. A PLC controls the entire installation and indicates warnings and failures.




GEVA 60R rotary loading arm is a pneumatically driven arm used on smaller presses. It can place billets flat or turned 90 degrees on end. It has a fixed rotary stroke and can handle a maximum billet weight of 500 grams with an actual production rate of 1200-1800 parts per hour.




GEVA 60RP rotary loading arm is pneumatically driven with a fixed rotary stroke that is used on smaller presses. It is stronger then the 60R and can be set up to load 2 billets at a time. It can place billets flat or turned 90 degrees on end. It can handle a maximum billet weight of 1500 grams with an actual production rate of up to about 1500 parts per hour loading one billet at a time and 3000 parts per hour loading two billets at a time.




GEVA BRE4 electronically controlled rotary arm driven by brushless motors. It has fully programmable rotary motion and vertical motion. It can be used in special applications like placing long upsets into holes. The BRE4 maintains reliability and precision, but it adds an increased speed and range of motion and flexibility of adjustment for self-learning. Like the other GEVA feeders, it can operate with different types of pincers for loading and/or unloading of work pieces.







Standard Geva unloaders can be set up to remove forgings from either the top die or the bottom die.
