Training and Support

QForm is very easy to learn and to use. The program comes with extensive documentation including manuals and easy to follow examples. QForm does not require extensive training to operate. An engineer can be running simulations the first day on the job. We generally recommend one day of on-site training for new customers. Continued education can be through advanced on-site training sessions or through periodic users group meetings. Please contact Tom at Forge Technology Inc. to arrange for training.

In North America, support of QForm is through Forge Technology, Inc. located near Chicago. We are always just a phone call or an email away. In addition, since QForm has users all around the world it was designed to be supported remotely. Because of the simple structure of a simulation it is easy to send simulations to us either at Forge Technology or at QuantorForm (by email or uploaded to FTP) so that we can run it on our machines exactly as it ran on your machines to trouble shoot any issues you may run across. Between offices in England, Moscow, and Chicago we have nearly 24 hour a day coverage.
